The Automatic RO + EDI Water System from TianSure provides a fully automated solution for pharmaceutical purified water generation. Designed according to GMP requirements, the system ensures stable water quality, reduced operator intervention and reliable long-term operation for pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device manufacturers
Description
Working Principle
Raw water is treated through sanitary pre-treatment including multimedia filtration, activated carbon filtration and softening. The water then enters the RO system to remove dissolved salts, organic matter and microorganisms. The EDI module further polishes the RO permeate to achieve high-purity purified water without chemical regeneration. The entire process is controlled automatically by a PLC system. Purified water is stored in a 316L stainless steel tank and circulated through a hygienic loop to maintain water quality.
